Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to updating your email address? If so, changing your email address will not lose your forms and submissions. Let me show you how:

1. Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile.

2. Click on your Name beside your Profile.

3. Scroll down, then click Edit under your Email Address section.

4. Enter your new email address, then click Save.

Keep in mind that, if you enable your Require verification to change email option in your Security Settings, you'll receive an email to verify the email address change request.
