Se alcanzó el límite de documentos firmados

    Buenos días,

    Creo que ha habido algún error con nuestra cuenta. Me han informado que he alcanzado el límite mensual de envíos, pero al revisar mi historial, considero que no he utilizado todo el crédito disponible. ¿Podrían por favor revisar mi cuenta y confirmarme si todo está en orden?

    Agradezco de antemano su atención y quedo a la espera de su respuesta.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that you're over your Monthly Signed Documents limit. The Signed Documents limit represents the number of completed signing processes your account can handle every month. You can also check our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits to learn more. You can either upgrade your account, or wait for your monthly limits to reset, which happens every first day of the month.

    El problema técnico es que este mes no he utilizado ni un solo servicio y me habéis bloqueado la cuenta cuando tengo 10 servicios mensuales gratuitos. Entiendo que es un error y por favor necesito solucionarlo lo antes posible.

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
