Could the Spreadsheet to Form widget be linked to a file in my Onedrive?

I would like to know if there is a possibility the form could be connected to the the file in my PC or in a cloud for example Onedrive.

That is, I have the file Data in Onedrive. I make changes in the inputs. The form connects automatically to the file Data and updates the changes.
