    While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have German Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

    Now, coming back to your question, to help resolve this, ensure the app is up to date. Visit the Google Play Store and check if there’s a newer version of the Jotform App available. Also, try to clear the app cache by going to your device's Settings.

    If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh its configuration. Restart your device to apply updates and permissions. Ensure your device has enough storage and a stable internet connection, as low storage or unstable connectivity can cause crashes. After these steps, log back in and test submissions to see if the issue continues.
