Der KI-Agent beendet einfach das Gespräch

    Hallo liebes Jotform-Team,

    ich habe einen eigenen AI Agent über euer System erstellt. Der Agent soll zunächst ein Formular mit den Feldern Name, E-Mail und Telefonnummer abfragen. Das funktioniert auch – allerdings beendet der Agent danach einfach das Gespräch, anstatt wie vorgesehen mit dem eigentlichen Thema (Unternehmertum) fortzufahren.

    Das führt dazu, dass der Nutzer denkt, das Gespräch sei vorbei, obwohl es danach noch weitergehen sollte. Außerdem führt der Agent Workflow-Aktionen in der falschen Reihenfolge aus, auch wenn ich sie korrekt im Editor angelegt habe.

    Ich habe verschiedene Einstellungen ausprobiert, aber das Verhalten bleibt gleich:

    1. Formular wird korrekt abgefragt
    2. Gespräch endet direkt danach
    3. Workflow-Schritte laufen teilweise in falscher Reihenfolge

    Ich möchte, dass der Agent nach der Formularabfrage automatisch weiterfragt (Thema Unternehmertum), ohne dass der Nutzer das Gespräch manuell fortsetzen muss.

    Könnt ihr mir bitte helfen herauszufinden, woran das liegt oder wie ich das korrekt einstelle?

    Hi Jotform Support Team,

    I created my own AI Agent using your platform. The agent is supposed to start by collecting form data (Name, Email, Phone number), which works fine. However, once the form is completed, the agent simply ends the conversation instead of continuing with the next topic (entrepreneurship).

    This makes it look like the chat is over, even though it should continue. In addition, the workflow actions are being executed in the wrong order, even though I set them up correctly in the editor.

    I’ve tried several configurations, but the issue remains:

    1. The form is collected correctly
    2. The conversation ends immediately afterward
    3. Workflow steps are triggered in the wrong order

    I’d like the agent to automatically continue with the next topic (entrepreneurship) after collecting the form data – without requiring the user to manually restart the chat.

    Could you please help me figure out what’s causing this behavior or how to fix it?

    Now, coming back to the issue, can you share with us a screenshot of what's happening? Let me show you How to Post a Screenshot to Our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    Of course, I can add an image. I’ve already added one for you. Unfortunately, the text on the image is in German.

    The problem is that although I’ve set up a workflow to continue after the form submission, it simply doesn’t react to it. Specifically, when I define a workflow step, instead of proceeding after the form, it just goes back to the form itself. I had to delete that part manually.

    As a result, the AI bot ends the conversation right there, and the user wouldn’t think to continue writing on their own. That means the topic the bot is supposed to handle isn’t actually addressed — it only collects the data, which isn’t enough.

    Unfortunately, I can’t get it to work any other way, and I don’t know how to fix it. I’ve already tried everything I found in your Help Center, but it didn’t work.
