Wie kann ich den vorab ausgefüllten Formularlink abrufen, der über den Workflow an den Empfänger gesendet wurde?

folgendes, ich habe ein Formular erstellt. Das verweist nach ein paar Genhemigungsabläufen auf ein weiteres Formular. Dieses wird zum Teil bereits vorausgefüllt. Der Link zu dem Formular wird personalisert und per mail verschickt. Nun die Frage, wie kann ich diesen perönlichen Link einsehen. Manchmal landen Mails im Spam oder kommen nicht an und ich muss händisch über andere Kanäle diesen Link verschicken.

Now, coming back to your question, you can view the personalized link by checking your account's Email logs. Here's how you can do that:

1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.

2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.

3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

4. Once the email content opens, right-click on the View Form button and select Copy link address to get the personalized link.

This way, you can manually resend the link if the email didn't reach your recipient.

vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Der Weg ist zwar etwas umständlich, bietet aber genau das was ich gesucht habe.

Als Anregung: Vielleicht kann man hier etwas einbauen, dass der Link auch über den Workflow im Posteingang abrufbar ist.

While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users.
