    While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have German Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

    Now, coming back to your question, If I understand correctly, you'd like to create an AI Agent that acts as an internal knowledge assistant for your team, similar to a search engine. This way, whenever employees get stuck, they can ask the AI Agent and receive helpful responses. Yes, this is definitely possible with Jotform’s AI Agent feature. You’ll need to add all relevant knowledge and resources to the AI Agent’s Knowledge Base to train it effectively and ensure it can handle a wide variety of questions. Adding information to your AI Agent's Knowledge Base is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.

    2. Now, click on Add New Knowledge.
