Wir haben eingestellt, dass die gesendeten Dateien, dem Anhang hinzugefügt werden sollen, jedoch kam es jetzt des Öfteren vor, dass der Anhang nicht den E-Mails beigefügt war.
P.S. Man sieht auf dem Screenshot, dass eine PDF angehangen wurde, jedoch diese JPEGs nicht, obwohl die Funktion aktiviert ist.Page URL: https://ottobedachungen.de/anfrage/ -

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I tested the issue on a cloned form but can't replicate the issue. I was able to receive the uploaded images in the email as attachments. Check out this screenshot of my result:
Can you give it another try and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
