    Ich habe die Free Version von Jotform AI Chatbot, kann ich dann auch PDFs hochladen, weil bei mir wird bei Knowledge Base keine Auswahl angezeigt, wie in der Anleitung beschrieben? Muss ich dafür im Konto was einstellen oder brauche ich eine kostenpflichtige Version

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your request, yes, you can easily upload PDFs into your AI Chatbot via Knowledge Base, and you don't need to use a paid plan to do it. Let me show you how you can do it:

    1. Open your AI Chatbot, and click on Add new knowledge.
    2. Then, select Document to upload any documents to your AI Chatbot.
    3. Now, either drag and drop or click on the Upload a Document button to upload a PDF file.
    4. Once you're done, click on the Save button below to keep your settings.
