Hallo
Ich versuche gerade über Zapier die Anmeldungen über Jotform nach Shopify zu ziehen. Jedoch wird beim Verbinden ständig gemeldet, dass der Account nicht verbunden werden kann – siehe Anhang.
Im Forum wurde ich auch nicht fündig, daher melde ich mich direkt bei Ihnen.Beste Grüsse

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested your form and I was able to integrate Shopify using Zapier. See screenshot below for the result:
Can you try disconnecting your Zapier and integrating it again to your account if this will resolve the issue? Let
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Then, search for Zapier and click on it.
- Under the Your Zaps section, click on the Connect to Zapier button and log in to your account in the window that opens.
