AI Chatbot - Wie trainieren wir ihm am besten?

Hallo Liebes Team,

wir möchten den AI Chatbot trainieren, jedoch widerspricht er sich mit den Antworten, obwohl wir Dateien hochgeladen haben um ihn besser zu trainieren. Auch wenn wir die Antworten "Disliken" und ihm Vorschläge geben, nimmt er diese nicht korrekt an.

Ich habe im Anhang einen Screenshot hinzugefügt, wo er sich widerspricht.

Gibt es evtl. Möglichkeiten wo wir dies verbessern können?

Sure, you can improve your AI chatbot’s accuracy by training it directly in the AI Agent Builder.

Let me show you how to set that up:

• In the AI Agent Builder, go to the Train tab.
• Under Teach Your Agent, you can chat with your agent and provide additional questions or information—it will automatically learn from these.
• You can also upload documents (PDFs), links, or Q&A pairs to the Knowledge Base to help your chatbot give more precise answers.
• To manage this content, just head to the Knowledge Base section, where you can view, edit, or delete entries to correct or update information.
• For best results, make sure to review feedback and regularly update your knowledge base, especially if you notice inconsistent responses.
• You can also access Teach Your Agent from anywhere in the Train area using the avatar icon at the bottom right.
