    Hi chgtraunstein,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, as part of our recent update, although the shared folder section is no longer visible to sub-users, all shared forms will still appear as a single list under the Shared with Me section in the My Workspace page. The Shared with Me view includes filters by Asset type, making it easier to locate specific shared items. As part of this update, users can now share not just forms, but also other assets, such as Tables, Boards, and so on. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Image 1 Screenshot 20As for your question on having a lower price when upgrading to a higher plan just to get the previous version of the shared forms in shared folders, unfortunately, the update applies to all standard plans, which includes Silver and Gold.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thanks for your answer. I know that all shared forms will still appear as a single list under the Shared with Me section in the My Workspace page.

    But after the recent update:
How can a sub-user share a form with the Main-Account? I did not found a possibility to do that. Two weeks ago that worked without a problem.

    Hi chgtraunstein,

Currently, in Jotform's standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold), sub-users cannot share forms back with the main account. The sharing functionality is one-directional, from the main account to sub-users. The ability for sub-users to share forms with the main account is only available in Jotform Enterprise accounts. For Enterprise users, sharing forms with other users involves selecting the form, setting permissions, and sending an invitation for access. This includes options to share individual forms or entire folders with specified permissions.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
