Now, coming back to your question, If you're having problems uploading files to your survey, there are some important settings and limits to consider:

1. 1. Maximum file size: Jotform allows a maximum of one single file up to 1 GB in size. If your file is larger, it won't be uploaded.
2. 2. Number of files: A maximum of 25 files can be uploaded per submission, even if multiple files are allowed. The 26th file will not be accepted.
3. 3. File upload field settings: Make sure the file upload field is configured correctly in your form, e.g., allowed file types and maximum number of files.
