Automatisches Löschen von Formulareinreichungen

Guten Tag

Wir verwenden Jotform aktuell im Testbetrieb für Protokolle. Ein Anspruch für die Umstellung darauf wäre, das alle Protokolle nach einiger Zeit auf dem Server vollständig gelöscht werden; lässt sich dies einrichten?

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. Are you referring to automatically deleting submissions received on your forms? If yes, you can enable the Auto-Delete Submissions feature to do exactly that. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the Form Settings tab, click on Show More Options.
3. Go to the Auto-Delete Submissions and click Enable.
4. In the dialog, select the Deletion Period and click Next.
5. Click the Yes, Update button to complete the setup.

You can also apply these changes to all of your forms. Let me show you how:

1. Under Auto-Delete Submissions, click Add a default deletion period for all of your forms. You will then be redirected to your Settings page.
2. In your Data tab, click the Set Deletion Period button.
3. Confirm the changes by clicking the Got It button in the dialog that appears.

That’s it. Your forms will now automatically delete submissions based on your selected deletion period. You can also check out this guide on Deleting the Form Submissions Automatically.
