ich habe folgendes Problem

Jpgs werden teilweise nicht als Anhang an die Email gepackt

Kann es an der Dateigröße liegen?

Kleine Jpg kommen durch. aber Jpgs über 3mb scheinen nicht mitgeschickt zu werdne.

Gibt es da eine Beschränkung ihrerseits?

Now, coming back to your question, you should be able to receive the email with attachments without any issue as long as the size is less than 5 MB. The 5 MB limitation cannot be updated due to the AWS SES that we are currently, using that has a total size limitation. This is a standard limit implemented for all users. If you set up your own Custom SMTP Sender, the attachment limit will be based on your email service provider. Let me walk you through it:

1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
