Jotform Workflows: Genehmigung nur, wenn alle zustimmen

Guten Tag!

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit, mithilfe von Jotform Workflow Folgendes umzusetzen:

Vier Personen erhalten gleichzeitig eine Genehmigungsanfrage, in der sie mit "Ja" oder "Nein" abstimmen können.

Und nur, wenn alle vier Personen mit Ja antworten, soll die Anfrage als genehmigt gelten. Auch, wenn nur drei Personen mit Ja antworten und eine Person mit Nein, soll die Anfrage als abgelehnt gelten.

Die Funktion Genehmigungen geht nach der ersten mehrheitsfähigen Antwort, so weit ich das sehe.

Wie kann ich umsetzen, dass mit dem Pfad für "genehmigen" nur fortgefahren wird, wenn alle zugestimmt haben?

Eine Idee habe ich: Es könnte möglich sein (?), dass ich eine Verzweigung einbaue und allen vier Personen, die mit Ja oder Nein abstimmen sollen, eine einzelne Genehmigungsanfrage stelle. Und dann mit einer bedingten Verzweigung zu prüfen, ob Person 1 mit Ja geantwortet hat, Person 2 mit Ja geantwortet hat u.s.w. Wenn alles zutrifft (TRUE) geht der Workflow weiter, ansonsten (FALSE) endet er.

Allerdings sehe ich bei der bedingten Verzweigung nur die Beschreibung des Feldes, in dem eine Person abstimmt, aber es steht statt Ja/Nein nur "Feld Status wählen". Was mache ich hier falsch?

The easiest way to achieve your requirement is by using the Merge Branches element in your Workflow. Here's an example of how to set that up:

1. Add one approval element for each approver.
   
2. Under Basic Elements, add the Merge Branches and connect all the approval element. Select the the same outcome for all approvers.
   
3. Click on the Merge Branches element and then click on the gear icon. Ensure that the option wait for all the branches to be completed is selected.
4. Now connect an email field under the Merge branches element.

That's it. Now the email will only trigger if all the approvers approved the submission. You can add another merge branches element for the deny action to trigger an email. Here's an example of how the workflow will look like:
