Now, coming back to your question, Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you referring to audit trail? If yes, adding a Signature field allows you to get an Audit Trail, but you need to enable the Jotform Sign Automation. Unfortunately, if Jotform Sign Automation is on, submissions cannot be edited. But I'll still show you how to enable this feature:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
3. Then, toggle On/Off the Enable Jotform Sign Automation option.
   
4. As mentioned earlier, once you enable Jotform Sign Automation, it will automatically disable submission editing and ask for consent from submitters for their signatures.
