I've checked the email address, but the account associated with it is still active and is currently subscribed to our Bronze plan until March 26, 2026. You can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:
1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
