Hi Manuel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to Jotform Apps? If yes, setting a password to access a Jotform App is currently not available. A workaround for this is to set your app's access setting to Private, so that only those you invited via email can access it. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In App Builder, click on Publish in the purple navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Under Quick Share, click on the button next to Your App Link, and select Private Access from the modal.
3. In the Invite By Email field, enter the email addresses of the people you want to share your app with.
4. Enter your message if you want, and click on Send Invitation below it.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
