I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Take note that there's no task within the account, where the reward will be an increase to the number of forms possible to create within the account. The task rewards are all for increasing the monthly submissions. Also, it will be effective only once the invited person have successfully signed up.

Thank you so much for the screenshot. I almost forgot about that pop-up banner that appears, but everything is clear now. Now, with regards that offer, as mentioned there, the increase in the form limit will be activated only once the person you've invited has successfully created an account with Jotform using the referral link.

Thanks for getting back to us. Take note that the screenshot you shared shows the logs for when you log-in to your account, and not when someone created an account using the referral link. You will have to share your account's referral link to a certain individual, and if he/she created an account using the link, only then an additional form will be granted.
