Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked the form and it seems like the text has already been changed. Have figured out how to do it? If not you can simply change the text by Editing the Welcome Page. Just hover the mouse over the Edit Welcome Page and click on it.
