Hi patriotic7
Thanks for reaching out. We need a little more time to review and test the Dynamic QR Code setup. I’ll update you as soon as I have more info.
Let me know if there’s anything else in the meantime.
Best regards.

Hi patriotic7,
I have tested the issue and it seems to be a temporary problem with the Unique ID widget.
Could you please try again and let us know if the issue persists?
Best regards.

It is the same as I explained. You are requested to please give me a concrete solution rather than wasting time

Hi Abdul,
I was able to recreate the issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

Hi Abdul,
The Unique ID widget is used to automatically generate a unique identifier for each form submission, ensuring that each entry is distinct. This identifier is assigned only after the form has been submitted, which helps prevent duplicate numbers for the Unique ID widget in cases of simultaneous form submissions. Since it only increases in the backend, it is impossible to copy it to any other field. And the issue about getting a blank page was fixed yesterday by our related developers.
Reach out again if there is anything else we can do for you.

Hi Abdul,
As mentioned previously, the unique ID widget generates a unique identifier only after form submission, and this ID increments on the backend to prevent duplicates. Because of this, it cannot be copied or used in other fields before submission.
As a workaround, you can use the Random Value Generator widget, which values can be converted into a QR code via another widget called Dynamic QR Code; let me show you how:
- Click on the + Add Form Element button, then go to the Widgets tab.
- Search for Random Value Generator, then add it to the form.
- Configure the Random Value Generator, then click on Update.
- From the same Widgets tab, add the Dynamic QR Code to the form.
- Type the Random Value Generator's new name into the Field Label to Encode.
Let us know if you need any more help.
