Hello Sir/Madam
This is a long-awaited issue; there is no barcode or QR code based on the data available in Jotform. Especially, we are looking for a barcode or a QR code in PDF reports.
You are requested to please guide on it.

Hi Abdul,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
Currently, Jotform does not automatically generate barcodes or QR codes in PDF reports based on form data. However, you can add barcode or QR code widgets to your form, which will then appear in the PDF submissions.
If you need guidance on how to add these widgets and include them in your PDF reports, please let me know.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Abdul,
Here’s how to add a barcode or QR code to your form and include it in PDF reports:
- Add the Barcode or QR Code widget to your form from the Widgets tab.
- Configure the widget to display the data you want encoded.
- Generate PDF submissions; the barcode or QR code will appear in the PDF report automatically.
If you need detailed steps or screenshots, please ask.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Abdul,
Jotform actually supports the following widgets about QR code:
Now, adding any of the widget is easy. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Elements button.
2. In the left panel, go to the Widgets tab.
3. Then, type QR code in the search bar, and all widgets with that name will appear.
4. Finally, add the QR code widget you want, set up the appropriate setting and click on the Update button.
If you're looking to add the QR code results to the PDF submission report, then let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the top-left side of the page, click on the Arrow-down button and choose PDF Editor.
2. In PDF Editor, in the Add Element panel in the left, go to the Form Fields tab.
3. Then, look for the QR code widget and add it to the document.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Abdul,
The Dynamic QR Code widget should still work even in multiple pages. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
I moved your question regarding the Dynamic QR Code widget and Unique ID to a new thread and our team will help you with it here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
