Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you are getting a Try Again error when trying to log in your account. I've checked your account and I can see that everything is in order. Could you please ensure you are using a correct username and password to login. You can also try to reset your pass incase it is incorrect. Let me show you how to do that:
.1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked the account, and it is currently suspended due to form 230831180683050 for phishing activity. In order for us to reactivate the account, we will need to delete the offending form.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. Form #1 is causing the account to suspended due to phishing activity, and that is the form that we need to delete in order for the account to be reactivated. Since you did not give us permission to delete form #1 which form 230831180683050 then please send the following information to our Review Team:
- The URL where their form/s is/are used.
- Provide any document that will support their claims.
- Their website or proof of affiliation to any banking institutions.
Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with the Thread # 8987281 as the subject. One of our colleagues will get back to the customer about the status of their account.
