    السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

    فريق عمل gotform تحية طيبة وبعد.

    أشكر لكم ابداعكم وخدماتكم المميزة

    أود إخباركم أنه عن طريق الخطأ كنت أرغب بإلغاء الباقة البرونزية ولكن تم تجديد الاشتراك بشكل سنوي وتم سحب مبلغ 373.46 . دون ان تظهر لي رسالة تأكيد او تنبيه .أرجو منكم كرما إعادة المبلغ حيث أنني غير مستفيدة حاليا من الباقة

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Arabic Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    To clarify, would you like to cancel the whole account or just cancel and refund the recent mistaken upgrade? Do you still want to keep the Bronze monthly plan?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    i don't want to cancel the whole account , i just want to cancel and refund the recent mistaken upgrade and go back for the free plan. because i don't need the bronze plan for now. i appreciate your cooperation

    Also, since you used PayPal for your payment, you'll also need to cancel the subscription on your PayPal account. Here's our guide on how to cancel the plan in Paypal.
