Form does not work.

el formulario al abrirlo para cubrirlo da error 502. ¿Porque es?

Now, regarding your form's issue, can you share with us the link to your form so we can check it further? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
