Sending an email notification to Multiple recipients

I have a multi-vendor website, i need to create a request a quote form for the cusotmer. and i want the customer to send a brodcast message to all vendors using RFQ form. So what should i put in receipt email field to achieve the results. i am using workpress.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don't have an email broadcast however it is possible to send notification emails to multiple email recipients. The maximum per notification is 10 recipients. You can check our guide here.

Jotform offers a straightforward way to send an email to your users and include the Form URL. You can also Send a Form via Email. Or, you can copy the form URL and send it directly to a multiple person using your own Gmail account.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Thanks for getting back to us. If you add a Notification Email to your form, it will automatically send an alert to your recipient list whenever your form is submitted. Let me show you how to do this:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email. 

• Select Notification Email.
• Click on the Recipients tab.
• Now, just enter your email addresses into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

Now, your recipients  will get a Notification Email every time someone fills out your form.
