Thank you Hilary.
I have managed to do so by disabling the calculation values of the score that I previously added for the quiz form to calculate the marks.
On the thank you page I have instructed students to await their performance marks as they will now be sent to them is email.
My team now has a new duty to mark the quiz tests manually and send results to students via email. This is because the calculation values do not exceed 10 points on the form even after answering all 50 questions correctly.
Here is the link to the form: https://form.jotform.com/230476802291556
I would appreciate your help in showing me what have I done wrong on the calculation values in this particular form.
Regards
Shift Academy.

Hello Shift Academy,
Thanks for getting back to us and sharing the form link with us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. To let you know we have our own built in tool that converts a normal form into the quiz form. Using tool you can show the correct answers to the form responders and you can send mail to them as well. Let me show it works :
- Go to the Quiz tool by click on this link.
- Click on Open Quiz Form Button present at the Bottom of the page.
- Click on Allow button to give access to your account, Select the form which needs to be converted in the quiz and click on Continue button.
- On the top enable "Include Correct Answer on Incorrect response" and "Show Results to user after submission." options and Select correct responses to the questions .
- Click on Save Quiz Button.
To let you know, it is also possible to send results to your responders. In order to send the result to the responder you need to enable the "Email Results to" option at the time of creating the quiz form. After enabling it. Below the Email ID field you will see "Send Results to this email" option. Click on that. The "Email Results to" field will automatically get fields with the value of the Email Address field. Check out the below screencast for more details :
We also have a guide on Turn Your Form into a Quiz or Exam! that you can check out.
I have created a demo form for you. Here is the link to the demo form. If needed you can clone my form to check the Settings. We also have a guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Good day
Please check my form and advise what I did wrong. I have encountered two challenges testing the form.
https://www.jotform.com/build/230515181893558
1. After correctly filling up the form with all correct answers, it directs me to a page I have set for answers with score less than 50%.
2. The total score obtained does not display on the thank you page I have created.
I have attached here the screenshot of how my conditional logic was set up, how my calculation widget was set and how my calculation values were assigned to the field values.
I believe I have followed all the steps given to make this form a success but it doesn't seem to work.
I shall appreciate your assistance

Hello Shift Academy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we did not receive the screenshot. Could you please post it again? This guide will show you how to do that. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Calculation values in your questions (Single choice elements) weren't configured correctly. You need to add 0 as the value on wrong answers. Check out the screenshot to see how to fix it:
Check out the screencast below to see my result:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
