I have tried to remove some email recipients and the save button is disabled. How can I save my changes?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble removing added email addresses as recipients of the Email Notification. I’ll do my best to help you out.
I can investigate that if you can send a screenshot of what’s happening. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that. Also, please make sure that you're logged into the Jotform account before making changes to your form. I noticed that you are currently logged in as a Guest account only and you are not logged into your Jotform account, it can be a reason why the Save button was greyed out.
Another option that you can try is to delete the existing Email Notification and add a new one right after. Below are the guides that will help you accomplish this:
