Jotfrom Report Builder: Selected default palette is not available in other reports

    How can I set a default palette which will be available to use in any report? If I create a palette in one report, it does not show up in others.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. ​​I tested this on my test forms, but I couldn't replicate the issue. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my results:

    Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. If you can also share the link to your form which you are having difficulties with, we can check it out and help you with a solution. This guide will show you how to find your form URL.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
