I was advised that attached PDFs are still allowed since jotform HIPAA compliant accounts automatically password protect the PDFs. Can you confirm how to set up email notifications to include a password protected pdf on a HIPPA compliant account? I don’t see it as an option anywhere.

Hi Amber,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Setting up a password for your PDF Attachments on a HIPAA-enabled account is easy. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Select Emails, hover your mouse cursor over the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pen icon to Edit.
- Go to the Advanced tab, toggle On the PDF Attachment option, click on the Enable PDF Password box, and enter your password.
