Trying to add PayPal personal to my form - it’s saying can only have 1 payment method but I don’t have any - what am I doing wrong please?

Hi Venny,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that it is not possible to have multiple payment methods on 1 form. You will need to remove one payment method to add a new one. I can see that you have already removed the current payment method. Please add PayPal personal by clicking on the Add Payment Integration button from the form builder.

previous version back showing products?

Hello Venny,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can revert your previous form version to MyForms. Let me show you how:
- Go to your MyForms.
- Hover your mouse on the forms and on the right side click on More.
- A prompt will show, click on Revision History.
We also have a guide here about How to View Form Revision History.
