ACT_ACOSTANot sure what is going on today, lot's of issues with the AI designer.
On left it looks right in designer , on right is live form and it's missing the styling. AI keeps saying it fixed it but it never updates. Yes I cleared cache on the form and even in my browser... Never had this issue before today. Is there a problem right now with the auto-saving? What is going on???

Lesther Support Team LeadHi ACT_ACOSTA,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form for testing, but I was not able to replicate the issue. The following is a screenshot in the Advanced Designer:
Here's what it looks like in live preview:
Try logging out of Jotform first and then clearing your browser cache. I know you've already tried clearing the cache, but it can make a difference when done after logging out. Logging out first helps ensure that any cached data related to Jotform is fully removed before starting a fresh login session.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

ACT_ACOSTAI cleared my cache, the form cache - tried another browser - it does not match. I am sure cloning the form corrects the bug that's preventing it updating, but I want to fix the existing form.
It's a very odd screenshot... All the CSS was removed by your AI when it glitched twice today, none of the other fields you shot have any CSS - but somehow that one field does?
How does that make any sense? One field retained CSS - when all was wiped out? Even now, all the CSS is gone, and it magically appeared for one field in your cloned form.
Makes me worry more about the platform and stability... More importantly, transparency. I am seeing others reporting the same issue, I already know builder/designer doesn't match - another case I have open shows your engineers are aware of that bug as well - hasn't been fixed in over a month now.

Kyle JotForm SupportHi ACT_ACOSTA,
I checked your form’s Revision History and saw that a lot of changes were made in the past two days. Check out my screenshot below:
Since the CSS codes were removed during the AI glitch, I recommend reverting your form to the closest version that still contains your CSS. You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
