    Please see thread 38564201 for details - the AI agent attempted to send pat answers but I need a human to realize that it's not working as listed and need help!

    If you can email me at splaisted@abccareinc.com instead of the listed email address it would be helpful but if not the email address on the account is fine too.

    Hi Julie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Only the email connected to your Jotform account or the email you used to open a support ticket can be notified via email when someone replies to that ticket. Because of this, we are not able to redirect the ticket notifications to another email address outside of those.

    Your original ticket is already assigned to a human support agent. My colleague is currently working on it and will reply to you as soon as possible through that same thread.
