ntmostertGood day, I have the exact same issue where we are highly dependant on the Take Photo widget. We use it to gather information from our employees which serves as evidence to our client for work completed on various sites. Problem is the labels in the photos are not legible at all, which results in our work not being signed off. We would highly appreciate for this to be looked into as well, or alternative solution other than the file upload element as this is too time consuming. Thank you. -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, when you say legible, does this mean the quality of the photo is toned down, resulting in an unacceptable file? If yes, as mentioned on the other support ticket, the feature to set the file size limit is unsupported. This means the photo taken will be compressed and may affect the quality.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
