Raymond JotForm SupportHi theabilitytoolbox,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The SMS notification option can be found in form's notification settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the navigation bar at the top, and click Notifications on the left side panel.
- Next, click on the SMS/Text Message option and complete the configuration.
- Once done, click on the green Save button and that's it.
We also have a guide on How to Set Up Text Message/SMS Notifications in Jotform that you can check out.Reach out again if you need any help.

theabilitytoolboxUnfortunately, this doesn't solve my problem. I need to set it up using Integrations. It's not showing in Integrations when I search.
The premade templates for Notifications do not address my needs because there is no option for the text to contain the form sender's phone number. I need to create a custom message, which is only possible with Integrations.

Sheena JotForm SupportHi theabilitytoolbox,
I looked into one of your forms and I can see the SMS integration. Here's a screenshot of my result:
Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.

Also, is this the form in question?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
