Review Before Submit: Checklist Widget Not Showing on Preview Page

Now, the Book Club Section doesn't work when clicking the REVIEW BEFORE submission. Can you help with this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Checklist widget does not appear on the Preview page because it does not output any data. To solve this, I suggest using the Multiple choice instead. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left, and select the Multiple Choice field.
2. Next, click on the Gear icon next to the Multiple Choice field and update the Field Label on the right.
3. Next, click on the Options tab, and enter the subscription options in the Options box.
