Subscription Management: Ensuring Deleted Account Subscription is Ended to Prevent Charges

    I am hoping to ensure the account we just deleted, the subscription is ended as well. I do not want to company card charged any longer as we found out this account was not what we intended and want to rid of it without further charges.

    I can help you make sure the subscription is fully canceled so the company card won’t be charged anymore.

    If the deleted account still had an active paid plan, you’ll want to cancel the subscription (downgrade to Free) from the Billing page. Here’s how to cancel your Jotform subscription from a web browser:

    • Go to your Billing page while logged into the account that owns the subscription.
    • In the Current Plan section, look for your active paid plan.
    • Click the Change Plan or Downgrade button under your current plan.
    • In the list of available plans, select the Starter (Free) plan.
    • Follow the prompts to confirm the downgrade back to the Free plan.
    • Once completed, your subscription will be canceled and no further recurring charges will be made to your card.

    A couple of clarifications that will help me guide you better:

    • Do you still have access to log into the account that was deleted, or was it permanently deleted already?
    • Was the subscription originally purchased on the web (via Jotform’s website) or through the iOS App Store or Google Play on mobile?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the account linked to your email address, a**ed@v***ey****ue.**m, I saw that it’s connected to a Guest account. I also reviewed the email logs and found submissions tied to a deleted account under va***yr**cu***@outlook.com. Could you confirm if this is the account you’re referring to?

    Take note that deleting a Jotform account automatically cancels its subscription, which stops further charges to your company card. Once the account is deleted, the subscription ends and the account is downgraded to the Standard plan.
