AI Chatbot Plugin: Crashes and Fails to Respond Despite Knowledge Base Content

    Ai Chatbot crashes using the plugin, when asked questions doesn't answer them, the knowledge has links, pdf files and FAQ with answers, yet the chat is blank, muted, iwill go back to my earlier solution rather than using the jotform one
