AI Chatbot: Not responding despite extensive knowledge base

    I have the same issue as Pankaj

    It seems It does not provide the minimal results expected, my ai chatbot does not answers anything, lots of knowledge created, but when asked, it blanks. I do not want to go to Pankaj process, simply i will get back to this service in 6 months, hopefully it will be resolve then

But can you share a bit of information what's happening to your AI Agent? Also, is this the AI Agent you're working on, or is this happening? Or is this happening to multiple AI Agents?

    I'm experiencing the exact same issue.

    I've tried the following: I've configured the agent in Jotform where it works correctly, but when using the WordPress plugin, linking my account, and selecting the agent configured in Jotform, it doesn't respond to questions. It's as if it doesn't have the knowledge base as context.

    If I link my account in WordPress and configure the agent from scratch there, without selecting an existing agent from Jotform and adding its knowledge base, the agent works. In any case, with the same configuration, the agent created in Jotform doesn't behave the same as the one created in WordPress; the one created in Jotform works more appropriately.
