Membership License & Waiver Form - Jotform Form Builder need the signature type to be the legally binding one and I dont see where to change that. I have stripe pmt link in form and processed a test transaction and got confirm but I dont see the transaction in stripe - how/where was it processed?

how can I add a way for us to also sign form AFTER the user has signed, completed pmt and submitted?

    Hi Shea,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform Sign fields are legally binding signatures. You can read more about that aspect of Sign here. As for your questuon regarding verifying Stripe payments, you can do it via Jotform tables. Here's how.

    • Jotform Tables: Go to your form submissions, click on the submission, and look for payment details including transaction ID and status.
    • Stripe Dashboard: Search for the payment intent. The payment is successfully processed if the status is "succeeded".
    • Incomplete Payments: If a user pays but submission fails, check the "Incomplete Payments" section in Jotform Tables to manually complete or investigate the transaction.
    • Email Notifications: Stripe usually sends notifications for successful transactions.

As for your question regarding you being able to sign a form after a user submits it, I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

Let us know if you have any questions.
