    Hi Mathew,

Thanks for using Jotform. There are two ways to increase the monthly Submission. You can upgrade your account or you may also increase your limits for free when you complete certain tasks available on the increase limits page of your account.

Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.

    2. In the Choose Your Payment Schedule section, select Yearly or Monthly.

    3. Then, enter your billing details in the Billing details section.

    4. In the Choose your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

    5. If you choose Credit/Debit Card, you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option.

    6. Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section, tick the box next to I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Pay.

Increasing submission limit without upgrading your account:

You can easily increase your monthly Submission Limit permanently, without upgrading your account. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the top-right.

    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.

    Hi Mathew,

Can you share a screenshot where you're seeing that you're required to have a company email? Is it upgrading your account or increasing your account limit? A free account should be allowed in both ways my teammate shared with you.

Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
