ifixschoolsI managed to manoeuvre with logic settings.
I need you to check my form and guide, or fix it, and then explain.
When testing my live form, I get the error attached.
I have checked, refilled the areas, un-required them, un-required in their form elements,
Even deleted the questions/sections and retried. Cleared my account cache, but the error persists.

Kyle JotForm SupportHi Stanley,
Thanks for using Jotform. I cloned your form and replicated the issue. The Current Location error appears because Geolocation is enabled on the Address field and requires location permission in your browser; if disabled, the error will show.
The Commitment Declaration error comes from the Narrative Fields widget due to the textbox format used. To resolve both, update your browser’s location permission settings or toggle Geolocation off, and correct the textbox format in the Narrative Fields widget. Let me show you how:
Disabling the Geolocation option in the Address field:
- In Form Builder, click on the Address field.
- Select the Gear icon to open the Address Properties menu on the right side of the field.
- In the General tab, scroll down and toggle the Geolocation section to the Off position.
Updating the Narrative Fields widget's template:
- While in Form Builder, click on the Narrative Fields widget's Wand icon.
- In the Widget Settings menu on the right side of the page, go to the Template section.
- Paste the correct format {textbox:Type full name} and click on Update.
After these changes, the form should submit properly. Check out my screencast below to see the result:
Try that out and get back to us if you have any issues.

ifixschoolsKyle,
Thank you for your support!
I did as you directed, but the error is still there.
Notice, even if I deleted the 2 form elements (The location and Narration), the error stays.
Where else do I need to touch?

ifixschoolsTo add to the above,
I have filled out the form from a different device (Android Phone),
It returned the same error even after effecting the areas you pointed.
Kindly investigate further.

Kyle JotForm SupportHi Stanley,
I cloned your form once again, and, to save time, I removed all the required fields. I also filled out the Email, Address and Narrative fields during testing, but I wasn’t able to replicate the Incomplete Values error. Check out my screencast below to see the result:

You can check out my cloned form here. Since the issue doesn’t appear under these conditions, a screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening while you're filling out the form. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.
Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.

ifixschoolsMr. Kyle,
I followed the link to the form you cloned, and it successfully submitted.
But I noticed the Location and Declaration questions are delivered blank.
See the delivered form: https://www.jotform.com/tables/251872281555058
Yes, the form goes through, but if we have to skip the 'requirement', then we won't capture all that a recruitment form is intended to capture.
Kindly dig into
your backend and establish why we have to remove 'required' for the form to deliver.
After your fixes, test with the requirements in place to ensure all works.
Best regards,

Silvano JotForm SupportHi Stanley,
Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help. -
ifixschoolsRemember again,
Even if I deleted the location and the narrative form elements from the form,
The 'Location and Declaration' errors still appear at submission, as if the questions were in the form.
So then, why would the errors appear even when the 2 elements are not in the form?
The system or cache something appears to keep and insist on old data.
I also cleared the form cache, but that didn't solve.
Work in mind with how the form delivers if the 'required' is disabled.
Pay attention to why the form remembers errors in an element that is not in the form.
Test my form (clone it) without removing the 'required' and see what I am talking about.

ifixschoolsI have enabled the support access.

Eliza Enterprise SupportHi Stanley,
I'll need a bit of time to look into this. I'll get back to you with an update.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.
-
Eliza Enterprise SupportHi Stanley,
I tested it and replicated the issue, so I’ve sent this over to our Developers to investigate. We’ll let you know once we hear back from them.
