    2. I used AI to set various Condition logics along the form. Out of all the conditions, only 1, the branch condition set if a user selects 'Certificate' from a dropdown menu, triggers.

The logic where a user is to be disqualified if they put age past 38 years, and other logic if they select 'NO', and many others, does not trigger.

Kindly check through the form nd the set of logic sets, help fix as well as guide me on what I did wrong.

Check also if it's the AI that did wrong and train it further.

    Hi Stanley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There are multiple conditions created on the form. They're Show/Hide Field and Change Thank You Page conditional logics. We'd like to gather more details of how you'd like your form to work. Can you share with us which form fields should be shown or hidden depending on the answer?

Also, what answers will trigger a different Thank You Page? We'd be glad to help you complete this form and the requirements you want to happen here. Below are some links to the helpful guides:

How to Show or Hide Fields Conditionally

How to Change Your Thank You Message Conditionally

Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

    Kris,

Welcome to Kenya, there is plenty of wild meat and beautiful girls—night-shaded!

    THAT A SIDE,

I have tried all manoeuvres with the conditional logics, and till now, only one set (number 4) has triggered.

    This is my form: https://form.jotform.com/ifixschools/ifiX-Trainee-Liaison-Role

And this is a landing page I created based on your guide: https://form.jotform.com/ifixschools/Thankyou

I will not go beyond this.

    Please check and help fix.

I can then learn from your fixes.

    AHSANTE!

    Hi Stanley,

I cloned your form for testing, and it appears that you're able to fix all the Show/Hide Fields conditions. The 5th condition is working as it shows in the following screenshot:

Form Conditions: Only one branch condition triggers, others like age and selection not working
Image-1 For conditions 1 and 2, you set it to redirect responders to the same URL. Is this intended? If not, then there's a conflict in which one should prevail over the other. Let's say both conditions are met; the system is confused about which URL to display. To fix that, edit the condition so that it will be triggered only if condition 2 is not met. Apply the same condition shown in the following screenshots:

Image-3Then edit condition 2 so that it will not be triggered if the value of the field Question 1.1: Select Your Date of Birth is after 1988-04-01. Apply the same condition as shown in the following screenshots:

Image-5Take note that the value entered in the URL section in condition 2 is just an example. You can replace it with the correct URL that you want to come out. Open this link to test my demo form. Or, clone it to own a copy and see the entire setup.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Mr. Lesther,

The URL (https://form.jotform.com/ifixschools/Thankyou) is intended as an external landing page.

I opted to do this since if I placed it in the form (in card form), the logic triggers to the question (or if I placed it as a description) only if it was visible. But with the rejection info in it, we have to hide it from users.

The problem is if we hide, the response triggers a blank page. I found out that pushing the declined user to an external link would fix.

So fix all the conditions (at questions with NO) to be pushed to the external page (which is another Jotform).

    Best regards,

    Stanley M. N

    Hi Stanley,

As I understand it, the form that only shows the Thank You page is an intentional conditional landing page for the questions with No, and you're able to utilize it to prevent hiding fields as it just triggers a blank page.

Do you still need help with this? Let us know and we'll be happy to help you further.

    Sonnyfer,

I managed to manoeuvre with logic settings.

I need you to check my form and guide, or fix it, and then explain.

When testing my live form, I get the error attached.

I have checked, refilled the areas, un-required them, un-required in their form elements,

Even deleted the questions/sections and retried. Cleared my account cache, but the error persists.
