ifixschoolsGreetings,
Thank you very much for providing the Jotform because it is far better than Google Forms.
I request you to check, advise, and help to fix these areas on my form: https://form.jotform.com/ifixschools/ifiX-Trainee-Liaison-Role
1. I used the form AI to label the form sections/questions, but it skipped some questions (left unlabelled) and argued they are under condition logic environments.
But when I manually check, some of it was not under any logic set rules.
There could be a problem in the form structure and how the AI views the Form Elements.
Such that it can not see them2. I used AI to set various Condition logics along the form. Out of all the conditions, only 1, the branch condition set if a user selects 'Certificate' from a dropdown menu, triggers.
The logic where a user is to be disqualified if they put age past 38 years, and other logic if they select 'NO', and many others, does not trigger.
Kindly check through the form nd the set of logic sets, help fix as well as guide me on what I did wrong.
Check also if it's the AI that did wrong and train it further.
We are all in the line of learning every day.
Thank you again.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Stanley,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your concerns with the form AI labeling and condition logic on your form:
1. AI Labeling Skipped Some Questions: The AI may sometimes interpret form elements as being under conditional logic environments even if they are not explicitly set. This can happen due to the form's structure or how the AI reads the elements. It might miss labeling some questions if it detects them as part of conditional logic or if the structure is complex.
2. Condition Logic Not Triggering Properly: Conditional logic in Jotform works based on IF/THEN rules that trigger actions like showing/hiding fields, skipping pages, or disqualifying users. If only one condition (like the branch condition for 'Certificate') triggers and others (like age disqualification or 'NO' selection) do not, it could be due to how the conditions are set or conflicts in logic.
Here’s how to check and fix these issues:
- Review Conditional Logic Setup: Go to your form’s Settings > Conditions and carefully review each condition. Make sure the IF statements are correctly targeting the right fields and values (e.g., age field correctly compared to 38).
- Check for Conflicting Conditions: Sometimes multiple conditions can conflict or override each other. Simplify or test conditions one by one to identify conflicts.
- Test Each Condition Individually: Preview your form and test each condition separately to see if it triggers as expected.
- Clear Form Cache: Sometimes caching issues can affect form behavior. Clear your form cache from your account settings.
- Manual Labeling: For AI labeling issues, manually label any skipped questions to ensure clarity in your form structure.
Conditional logic is powerful but requires precise setup. The AI helps but may need manual adjustments for complex forms.
For detailed guidance, you can also refer to Jotform’s official resources on Conditional Logic for Online Forms.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

ifixschoolsThank you for the lead,
2 areas I had not fixed are 'creating cache and time setting format.
I have fixed and tested, but the logic would still not trigger.
Kindly check my form to identify where I went wrong.
Thank you! -
Nikola JotForm SupportHi Stanley,
I inspected your form, and as far as I can see all fields have labels. Did you fix the issue with labels? If not, can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happening and share a screenshot of the issue? Also, keep in mind that AI is not perfect, and sometimes a human intervention is also needed. We are also reviewing all AI conversations and improving AI on a daily basis.
I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

ifixschoolsNikola,
We can keep aside the labelling aspect as it's not as key.
I request that we fix the logic issues.
I noticed that, where the condition is intended to decline a user from going further if they selected 'NO',
And be pushed to the 'disqualification page', which is already on the form.
AI did not direct the 'NOs' to the decline page. Instead, it created and directed them to a display message that is not configured to terminate use of the form.
At this stage, there is no option to select the disqualification page. The options available are 'Custom message' or 'URL input'.
If we are to keep and fix what AI did at the 'NO' selected logic, provide an option to lead to the disqualification page, which is just almost at the end of the form.
The other conditions too are failing because of the same aspect, not leading to the decline page.
This is my observation, you can do it better since I am also learning.
Thank you again.
