worldgospelkingdomtractsHello again,
After testing my new Order form, I discovered that my first Listing for eBooks or ePUBs can only have ONE selection. What I need is to have the recipient choose multiple eBooks from that listing.
How do I accomplish that?
Many thanks again.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Shulammite,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
You can enable multiple selections for your eBooks or ePUBs listing by allowing users to select multiple products in your Product List field. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, and then click on the Gear icon.
- Next, in the Product List menu on the right side of the page, under the General tab, toggle on Users Can Select Multiple Products to enable it.
This will allow your form recipients to choose multiple eBooks from your listing.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

worldgospelkingdomtractsMany thanks for your prompt reply. However, the Widget I am using is ORDERABLE. What do I do now?
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Shulammite,
Since you are using the Orderable List widget, which is designed for ranking or ordering items rather than selecting multiple items, it does not support multiple selections like a Product List field does.
Here’s what you can do:
- Consider using a different widget that supports multiple selections, such as the Product List widget, Inventory widget, or Gift Registry widget, depending on your needs for quantity control and selection limits.
- If you want to keep the Orderable List widget for ranking purposes but also want users to select multiple eBooks, you might need to add an additional field like a Multiple Choice or Product List field alongside it to allow multiple selections.
- Configure the alternative widget by adding your eBooks as options and enabling multiple selections if applicable.
If you want, I can guide you on how to set up any of these widgets to allow multiple selections for your eBooks.
Let us know how you would like to proceed.
-
worldgospelkingdomtractsOkay,
I decided to use the PRODUCT List Widget, which is typically more useful than the ORDERABLE widget.
Since I changed widgets, I discovered upon checking the Preview that the checkboxes do not appear clearly checked. In other words, the checks are not clearly seen.
Please advise. Many thanks.

Rahul JotForm SupportHi Shulammite
You can easily change the background color of the checked items of the Product List by Injecting CSS Codes into your form. Let me walk you through it:
1. First, copy this code:
/*Change background color of checked item in Product List widget*/
.form-line[data-payment=true] .form-product-item .p_checkbox .checked
{
background-color: blue !important;
}
2. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.
3. Now, in the Form Designer menu, click on the Styles tab, scroll down and paste the code into the Inject CSS Code box. That’s it. The code is automatically saved.
Additionally, you can clone my demo form 261138191488968 to see the added CSS code and the reflected changes. You can check out the screenshot below to see my results:Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

worldgospelkingdomtractsOkay Raymond,
Regarding the Order Form, what I'm referring to is that, for example, I have 10 books listed in that Order Form. When I tested it by selecting 5 out of 10, I clicked the REVIEW BEFORE submission button, but only ONE came up as listed. That's the issue. I should see all 5, not one. My readers should see all books that they selected listed when they click the REVIEW BEFORE submission button.
I hope this is clear.
