I haven't used this service in almost a year, and paying $40/month is too much for something I am not using. What is the easiest way to cancel my subscription?

    Thanks so much,

    Sarah

Hi Sarah, totally understand not wanting to pay for something you’re not using — you can cancel and downgrade back to the Free plan in just a few steps.

Here’s the easiest way to cancel your Jotform subscription from a web browser:

    • Go to your Billing page while logged into your Jotform account:
    • On the My Plan section, look for your current paid plan.
    • Click the Change Plan or similar button next to your current plan.
    • In the list of available plans, locate the Starter (Free) plan.
    • Click Downgrade under the Starter (Free) plan.
    • A confirmation screen or popup will appear; carefully review the information about what will change when you move to the Free plan (such as limits and usage).
    • Confirm the downgrade/cancellation when prompted.
    • After confirming, your account will be scheduled to move back to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period (you’ll keep paid features until that date, but no further renewals will be charged).

Just to check: did you purchase your subscription directly on the Jotform website, or through the iOS App Store or Google Play on the mobile app?

If you tell me whether you signed up via the website, iOS app, or Android app, I can tailor the exact steps for your case.
