Product Management: Other products disappear after editing and publishing one product

    I made an edit one a single product, and when I published, all my other products disapeared. Veery upset.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    You can change item prices in the Product List element. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Product List field.
    2. Click on the Shopping Cart icon on the right side of the field.
    3. Hover over the product you want to change the price, and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
    4. Under the Price section, enter your preferred price, then click on Save at the bottom.

    I looked at the form on your Jotform account. When I previewed it, I could see the products below:

    You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
    2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to. 
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
