To update the credit card used for your Jotform subscription, you can change it from your account’s Billing settings.

Here’s how to change your billing credit card:

    • Log in to your Jotform account.
    • Click your avatar (profile picture) at the top-right corner.
    • Click Settings from the dropdown menu.
    • Go to the Billing tab, or open this page directly: Billing on my account.
    • Under the Payment Method section, click Change Credit Card or Edit (the exact label may vary depending on your current processor).
    • A payment window or form will appear; enter your new credit card details (card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address if requested).
    • Confirm/save the changes to update your payment method.

If you are on the Starter/Free plan, the Billing tab will not be available:

    • Log in to your Jotform account.
    • Click your avatar at the top-right corner and select Settings.
    • Go to the Upgrade tab instead of Billing.
    • Choose the plan you want to upgrade to.
    • When the payment window appears, enter your new credit card details there.
    • Complete the upgrade; your new card will be saved as the billing method for your subscription.

If you let me know which plan you’re currently on (Starter/Free or a paid plan), I can tailor the steps more specifically for your account setup.

    Hi Mychal,

When you update your credit card information in your Jotform account, your card will be billed for your subscription or any upcoming payments using the updated payment method. Updating your card does not stop billing; it ensures that future charges are made to the new card you provide.

Let me show you how to update your credit card information to ensure successful billing:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image at the top-right corner, then select Settings.
    2. Go to the Billing tab in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.
    3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.
    4. Enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option, and click on Add New Payment Method.

Your payment method will be updated, and the new card will be used for future billings. The previous card will be saved as a backup payment method.

You can also check out the How to Change and Manage Account Payment Methods guide for more details.

Let us know if you need any more help.

I didn't want the annual subscription. I only need the monthly invoicing. Please refund the annual invoiced amount.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thanks for using Jotform. Before requesting refund, please check if you have an active subscription and cancel it if you have. You can follow How to cancel your Jotform subscription guide to do that. If you want to request a refund, visit the Refund Request page to send a refund request. After you send your request, it will be reviewed. You can check your refund status by entering your Refund Request ID on the Refund Request page. Please note that, if you purchased through the Jotform Mobile App, request refunds directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Also see How to request Refund from Jotform for more details. "Please note that refunds are not available for fees/charges for add-ons such as AI agent phone numbers.
