Input Table Calculation: Multiply Quantity by Product Cost and Sum Totals for Grand Total

I have created a form. In that form I have added an input table with 4 columns.

1. Item
2. Quantity
3. Product cost
4. Total

I am trying to add a calculation/formula

quantity x product cost = total for each line.

Then I want all the totals for each line to have a grand total.
